This is my first experience with a coffee grinder. This gives really good results. Earlier I used to buy ground coffee for pour overs and only difference I observe is that the factory ground had more uniform particle size. This grinder generates more finer silt along with the size of grind level you set. This could be the main difference compared to a more premium grinder. I use the grind level 4 for pour over. 3 is also good but it produces more fines which lead to slower drawdown. Build quality is decent. It has a heft to it. The glass bottom container is thick and feels durable. The upper part has a little play to it while grinding. So can’t comment now on durability. And regardless of whether you are novice to coffee or not you can’t go wrong with this grinder. It could also be your spare unit for travel purposes.
Update after 5 months: The plastic handle which has the groove that fits in the grinder has deformed and now it slips and doesn’t operate the mechanism. It’s a design fault and they should have never used a plastic handle to fit on a metal shaft. It will, in all cases, at some point, give way and you will not be able to grind coffee anymore.

Such a nice little product that does what it promises. Its a manual grinder so be ready to put it a little bit effort into it. My only issue is that i misplaced the upper cap of the grinder while travelling so now without it the grinding gets a little bit messy but im not complaining as this is something from my end. Will highly recommend it.

I was bit doubtful about the product when I ordered it but used it today for the first time and I must say, it is the most efficient hand grinder and very affordable if we compare it with industry’s best brands. Doing so well so far and hope to use it for a long time. Finish is excellent Grinding is very precise I was using pre ground coffee with my espresso machine so far because I did not wanted to buy another electronic grinder and pay a fortune for that. Than I read a blog saying that you are not doing justice to your espresso machine if you are not using fresh grounds. Then this product came I to my notice and I thought why not give it a try. Every single penny spent on this is worth.

Grinder works fine but has 2 issues: 1. The wooden part at the top is secured with a screw, for me that screw fell off so I have to manually hold the wooden part down. 2. I don’t think that the size of grind is very uniform, you’ll most likely get a lot of fines in your end result.
Overall this is a great cheap grinder to enter into the world of home coffee brewing.

The product is fantastic, you can grind your beans for espresso on settings 1 and 1-6 settings are perfect for different types of brew, the product comes with a manual that gives you the grind settings chart. After using the product for a month I had a minor issue, I notified the seller and they replied to my email the same day and immediately resolved the issue and sent in new parts, really excellent service and good behavior.
Update: My grinder was having a handle issue with the plastic handle, and the seller replaced the handle 3 times, and when they got the metal handle grinder they sent me one since the previous grinder was causing a little issue, great service provided by the seller, highly recommend their product, despite being a family run business they provide better service than many other big name companies out there.

The product is effective enough. Can grind about 20g of coffee beans at a time but can store about 40g of the grind. I particularly like the grind variations since i drink moka pot, aeropress, french press. So this does the job of being able to grind for different grind sizes. However the handle gripper came off really quickly, the screw has fallen off. Also its a bit of work but that’s true with any manual grinder.
