Simple, Elegant, Sturdy device to provide your instant cuppa restaurant style coffee. The only drawbacks I would reckon is it’s limited capacity to brew only one cup at a time and its price simply does not justify its worth ( should be around 3k) . Nocturnal people like me had no other option but to get a cup in a jiffy ( less than 1.5 min), had to buy . Cleaning is a mess again but within 2-4 times ull do it precisely ( not a problem ) . Anyway deal wasn’t good( didnt evn get free NESCAFÉ) plus the big price , but product is definitely a worthy investment !!! Go for it ….. 🙃😎
Update: just be careful with the mug if u drop it there are no spares available, for a baby like this u don’t wannna scratch it . I broke mine,had 2 quick fix it!!! 😢

*** updates as on June 07, 2020 – The product has been working fine since the replacement was recieved. No issues yet. *touchwood*. For FROTH, i would suggest using Amul Taza milk found in paper cartons. This milks creates a lot froth.
** updated as on Aug 11, 2019 – Customer service response via phone call was prompt and quick, had to do a quick diagnostics over phone, then they said they would be replacing the product. It arrived today and just now had a nice cup of coffee. The product is good, if only they could resolve the issues and maybe launch version 2.0.
I had purchased in March, 2019. It worked fabulously for 5 months and had some glorious cups of coffee but since today morning I having the “whisk not working or not found issue”, even though its clearly placed inside the mug and its all clean. Other than this, I think the quantity is just right for some quick coffee. Froth is impressive. Easy to clean.
Have mailed the customer care of Nestle, lets see if they try to resolve the issue. Will also call up the customer care no.
But going by the reviews of some disgruntled customers here, they seem to do zilch about it. SO, Rs. 6500/5 months = Rs. 1300 per month paisa wasooli, BAD DEAL.

Please read my review below before buying this.
1. Bluetooth connectivity is so bad that the connectivity stays only when I am standing near the machine. And I am using a pretty decent iPhone.
2. The notification only comes when device is connected to phone via Bluetooth. Now if I have to stand near the device anyways to keep the Bluetooth connected then whats the point.
3. Notification only works via Bluetooth so if you are not in your kitchen then bad luck with the notification as this is not like the normal notification that comes in other apps. It only works via Bluetooth connectivity.
4. The device is so expensive and they did not even manage to add a small bell sound to let us know that the coffee is ready. Wow who engineered this. Great choice. You need your phone to get notified. You can stand beside this device and not know that coffee is ready if you are not staring at the light indicator.
5. Coffee is not even hot. So back luck if you want a hot cup of coffee cause this can’t make it.
6. App is totally a waste. Every time you need to pair the Bluetooth. Come on. Even cheap devices can keep a Bluetooth connectivity. Guess Nescafe is new to the Bluetooth technology.
7. If you are making coffee and setting it up via their app and your screen goes off after some time. Then the notification will not work. So to be notified about coffee is ready you have to keep your mobile screen on. Might as well stand beside the machine.
So to sum it up, the device does not make hot coffee, Does not alert you properly, the app does not remember Bluetooth connectivity.
What a waste of money. I buy a lot of things and this is amonst the top list of my money wasted purchases.

Cons: Overpriced (Depends on people) and drink quantity is very low
Pros: For a coffee enthusiastic person, this thing is amazing, makes a couple of stuff with less hassle. Mug itself is stylish and well built (bit heavy though) otherwise if you can then buy it. Stand is also well built, it’s mostly plastic, but yeah good finish.
One more thing to mention is that it exactly does what they say. Even the foam it makes is real. So for those who thinks that buying expensive coffee in Cafe is not worth then this is not for you.
Otherwise go for it because people also buy expensive iPhones knowing that it is just gonna perform similar functions to that of motorola but those who buy it know the differences.

This product is ideal for someone who loves coffee – starbucks style – and wants something in the comfort of the home. Also a pretty good present.
Pros – The coffee is very decent. Not exactly barista one but pretty close to what one can get at home. Some minor tweaks like running the program for 2X can give you some extra froth. I was very interested in getting cappuccino style coffee and this one came pretty close to the final product. Don’t expect something exactly like SB.
The APP works very well and is actually good to show-off. Not much practical use but good to have
Washing – I have read many reviews complaining about the washing problems with this gadget. The trick is to wash it immediately after using it with mild soapy warm water. And then dry is out by wiping with the cloth. Take out the frother once in a while and it is good to go. It doesn’t take more that 2-5 min and is super convenient.
Cons – For someone who likes hot coffee, this doesn’t quite do the job. The coffee is at the best warm and NOT hot. I like cold coffee so it is perfect for me.
The amount can be also a sore point for some people. One run gives enough for a small cup, which is good for me but can be a bummer for someone who like a big one.
The product is NOT must have but more good to have. It is a good present for your special one and useful once you get the hang of things. The coffee output is definitely better that what I can do by hand, with much much less effort.
