Terrible machine that blast off like a ticking bomb after 5 mins of connecting it in. This product is a health and safety concern. The glass shards of the carafe flew everywhere causing damage. Traumatic experience.

I am so glad to mention that this mini coffee maker has won my heart. Very easy to operate very easy to clean and so quick for Espresso or Cappuccino as well. If you are a coffee lover the this is the perfect mate for you.
As a all time cappuccino lover I used to buy a cup of coffee outside only at caffe coffee day or some where else. But now I have a perfect tool to make coffee at any time at home and even serve to my friends. It is really a very good coffee make for any type of coffee that is my individual experience. So now it’s time to say final Good Bye to “No-foam Coffee”. I truly love this device. Greets!

I am reviewing it after one month of using the product. Its absolutely wonderful, easy and it makes best coffee i have ever had, it hardly takes a minute and the coffee is ready. It is a must buy product, the coffee tastes wonderful. Now we have coffee anytime we want, thanks to black + decker.

Working good so far only one month old But the service center is far away it is difficult for a senior citizen like me to go that far to give and collect the same. So I want to return for the same . The company’s name also is mimicking Famous Black& Decker

There are some negative reviews of this product. However, one must understand how to properly use an espresso machine (using ground coffee versus using soluble coffee) and should have the right expectations vis-a-vis the price one is paying.
Except for the steel mesh and the water container, the product is made out of plastic, which is of good quality and has a matte finish, giving it a premium look. It is very easy to clean, appropriate in size, and extremely easy to use. The carafe is small and makes 4 small cups of coffee (~250ml). Takes around 5 minutes to prepare 2 cups of cappuccino.

The first thing that you notice is that the finish is plasticky, and not high quality. It’s not what I have experienced in other B&D products that I own.
The second thing you notice is the light weight. My previous machine (not B&D) was much heavier. Maybe, it is the light-weight aluminum boiler. The light weight makes it easier to handle, although some people may have reservations against using aluminum boilers.
Easy to use, and clean. However, you don’t get the aroma and flavour of espresso coffee, perhaps it may work at a lower steam pressure than my previous espresso machine. The coffee that it makes is just the same as my B&D drip coffee machine makes. With an espresso machine, you expect more aroma. The only thing that it has that the drip machine does not have is a milk frother.
Overall, I would not buy this product again, and would rather buy a drip machine.
