Used it for a month now and no complains. All the negative reviews seeing on the product can easily be reproduced if you leave the coffee maker on for long. Just turn the mains to it off or best is to unplug it once done.

It doesn’t froth the milk the way it should. So that’s a huge negative point. Second, it has a feature to release all the remaining water out through steam but it doesn’t release all the water inside. I tried that feature as per the manual provided and it didn’t release all the water but I thought it did and when I was placing it to some other place, it threw all the remaining water on my hand and I got burned. So big NO.

Wonderful Coffee maker at a such low price, you will never get this from anywhere else. Don’t get confused by other negative reviews, honestly I recommend it to everyone. Note: for a best cappucino you have to make it properly, always use a wide mug (diameter>7cm) and don’t use enough milk at once otherwise you will not get froth. #Make one cup at a time.

I was honestly surprised with the poor reviews of the product on this site. Do not believe them. Unless the product had a defect, this is a perfect coffee maker at this price point. I dont understand why people want to spend under 3k and expect a coffee that comes from a 30k machine. It makes very good coffee if you are using a good coffee powder (key point). With the concentration, up to four cups are possible, but most optimum for 3 cups at a time. And since it brews within 90 seconds, multiple cups are possible. I also tried infusing flavors of ginger, cardamom and other spices into it to get a feel and it worked quite well. Good product at this cost.

This is a value for money product, easy to use. The only drawback is the low pressure, hence probably you have to use more powder to get a stronger brew, and may not be the right machine for 30 ml espresso shot addict, if they are prepared to splurge on that Italian machine. I prefer a diluted double espresso Americano with a shot of milk, no froth, and this works fine. Go for it!

consider it useless if any of the part or even the steam flow stops working as Singer ‘s customer service is pathetic and no one really cares. So it’s basically use till its fine and throw. Its been 1 month but no resolution.
