Day –
The glass cracked up within few weeks of use. Despite extreme care and handling, it started leaking. I was confused as I could not see any cracks but when I ran my finger over the glass adjacent to the handle and base, it had cracks on it. Dissatisfied with the quality of glass used. If only it could be exchanged under warranty (I didn’t get any warranty card with the product unlike instacuppa french press)
Recommend buying instacuppa french press with a little more expense than this product.

Handles well. Filter is good — tried two different types of coffee grain size. Cup mark on side is a good indicator of quantity needed. Swirl and steep a bit after pouring hot water — with the filter sitting just on the top of water, and then press slowly down all the way.

This is a great product. Looks stylish so, can be used for guests.
Durable design has withstood quiet a few impacts and the odd fall. Only issue is a slight gap between the plastic outer casing and glass beaker that gets water inside and, over a long time, has started becoming mildly disfigured (unnoticable unless one looks at it thoroughly or regularly).
The triple filters keep all but the finest coffee grounds or tea leaves out of the beverage and are really easy to clean.
