Revised review:
The first time I had ordered this product, I had found the coffee aromatic and delicious. The packaging was also great. However, there was nothing special about this coffee and I had found it as good as Nescafe classic. I had rated it four stars.
On second time ordering, I was sorely disappointed with the product. The packaging and free samples were nice, but the coffee was bad. And I mean, I was sent bad, stale, mouldy coffee. The packaging was perfect, hence, it took some time to realize that the coffee inside the packed satchets was actually stale. I tried a few sachets (black coffee), the taste was too bad and it also smelled bad. Now, I have got a heap of wasted satchets. Customers, be careful before ordering.

So I bought this after I found Colombian Brew really nice. Both are made locally in India by Snowlan Epicure. This Teddy Roosevelt is okay. Not really worth the price, though. It tastes okay, I would say. But the aroma is nowhere to be found. I like the aroma of my coffee when I drink it, but this was extremely disappointing. The aroma and taste os Colombian Brew is far better than this, and it is cheaper too!! In short, the taste is okay, but it is not worth the price.
Edit: I have finished the coffee. I don’t recommend it at all. I’m buying the Colombian Brew. It is manufactured by the same company that makes Teddy R, which is, undoubtedly, crap.

Detailed Review:
Taste: the taste and the aroma are average, if you are a black coffee lover (without any sugar) you would be a little disappointed with the taste, lacks depth.
After Taste: This is where it makes up, the after taste is amazing and refreshing. you will relish it at the end of each sip.
The kick (high) – This is pretty awesome, the high is smooth and long lasting and there are no jitters at all. (provided you limited your consumption to one sachet 😉 )
My person recommendation on how to brew the ideal black coffee with this product: Heat water to about 80 degrees C, if you are using standard boiling over a flame, then heat the water till you see small bubbles just about to rise from the sides of the pan. pour about 125 to 150 mil in a cup and empty one sachet of coffee in it. I personally prefer it without any sugar or sweeter.

I did like the flavor and the presentation and was happy when I tried it first time. And seller did send couple of other flavors to try and I liked them too but when I opened an individual sachet after couple of months it had clumped up like you find your coffee jar once it has been left open in the monsoon 🙁
Although the best before is 24 months and date on my box say 08/2019, it has already gone bad. So 80% of the sachets will be wasted. It defeats the purpose of individual sachets for each cup as I did not want to buy a big jar of coffee only to end up wasting most of it during humidity.

One of the best instant-coffee options that I have come across. There are many big and famous players in this market, like Nescafe, Bru, tata Cafe etc. However, personally I like the fact that Teddy Roosevelt offers pure coffee powder without any chicoree mix. Along with that, TR comes in a neat box of tablespoon-sized portion of instant coffee which is very convenient to use. There is no risk of moisture-based coagulation of the entire pack because of the perfectly sealed packet which is also easy to open. Taste-wise, it is at par with other big brands; quite intense flavor which is similar to medium-roast variety of filter coffee. Since I use this in my office, it is very handy for me to just tear open a sachet, dunk it into a cup of hot water and enjoy a fragrant cup of black coffee to fulfill my morning caffeine requirement.
Overall, amazing value for money at 10/- per sachet.

For those who are used to Sunrise & Bru. This is a definite upgrade.
The package is like a gift box with a note. Plus there are other coffee variant trial packs.
This coffee fills my place with a nice aroma as the morning sun gently warms up my house.
It has a nutty after taste. I prefer it, some may not.
I’ve taken it with milk & black. Both were good and not too strong.

Teddy Roosevelt coffee like it’s name may very well preside over other coffees. Unlike other commercial coffees, the aroma is pure and rich, on the palate is smooth and not that bitter. It leaves a lasting taste in the mouth. A coffee that one can enjoy in leisure or at work, it’s sure to destress, sending you for the time being into a tranquil state with its well rounded flavour.
The packing although being the secondary aspect, primary being taste, is sure to take you by surprise too. Its gold embossed letters may be a touch of luxury but the overall thought behind designing is minimal, less being more. The aroma is well received the minute the box is opened, loose coffee beans are already there to greet you. Its sure shot to elate anyone if bought as a gift.

The package was however somewhat damaged. It was not this box, but the Colombian Brew sample sachets that you get in the box. Disappointed because of that.
Coming to the product, this is the perfect cup of a nice and strong coffee you’ll have. Don’t be misdirected by the colour, it’s still close to a mild colored coffee but the flavour is spot on and just the right amount you need in a rainy day or at midnight if you’re working. FYI, I haven’t tried this as black coffee in water, only with Milk. It does better than Bru/Nescafe/Tata Aveon and their premium flavours as well. This one is even better than Colombian Brew, which is now my second favourite coffee.
I’m surely ordering this one again.
