 Inner cup is of plastic ,it should have been of steel. Plastic causes cancer. This money spent will go waste.

There’s no grill in the lid to stop the tea leaves. When you pour into your cup, the tea leaves also go in to your cup. I either have to take off the lid + infuser entirely while pouring or I have to use a strainer. Absolute brain dead design and goes to show that no one actually used the product with loose leaves before putting it out on the market.

The glass part is as good as Borosil brand.
But the cap with strainer is a very faulty design. First the strainer cup is short and doesn’t reach the bottom.
The most horrible design fault is that there is no strainer/filter at the pouring point. All the tea leaves come out with the water.

Had one before and it was excellent.I used it for storing milk 1.5 litres.Had it for a very long time with no complains.After it cracked i ordered another one.OMG pathetic…handle broke n the glass is so very fragile that will crack very soon.Please don’t buy.
