The media could not be loaded.
The only problem that I faced was the size and height of strainer.
If u opt for big size then u ll have to make a good amount of tea so that water level can reach the strainer
If u opt for small size. U ll not be able to make more than 2 cups bcos it will boil and spill out even if the stove is at low flame

It is excellent for brewing tea. It is easy to clean too. This size is suitable for more than two mugs of tea as the inside canister will not be dipped if water level is low. The only negative thing is that the handle also gets hot. Some insulation on the handle would make the pot perfect.

Using it for brewing green tea. 720 ml is good for 3 cups. Glass is stove safe as mentioned in the product description, however, the handle gets hot in boiling temperature. Better handle design for 5 star.
Update after 2 weeks: The Pot handle developed crack after having used it for 2 weeks. It is literally useless now and just another showpiece. Highly suggest to avoid.
