Being plant based, it is good if you have lactose issues. This is a good alternate to conventional milk. Kids might not like the taste but health wise it is good. Good for gut and easy to digest. Highly recommend 👌

My go to oatmilk used to be Urban Platters Barista edition but they stopped producing it…and I must say this is even better than that and cheaper too. Super creamy and frothy. I was worried about the packaging too after reading some reviews but it was fine.
