Gavyratan A2 Skimmed Milk Powder can be used to make all kinds of milk-based products like Paneer, Curd, Kheer, etc. It can also be given as direct milk to drink to your children, as it has the same nutrition as fresh milk. Since this powdered milk is a source of protein, it may also be added to recipes to increase the amount of protein and energy (especially for people with health conditions that need extra protein).
The nutritional content in this product is – energy value (355 Kcl), protein (36.0 g), total carbohydrate (52.0 g), saturated fat (0.5 g), total fat (1.0 g), and total milk mineral (5.5 g).
This milk powder is skimmed and prepared from the milk of desi cows of Tharparkar breed, from the regions of Jaisalmer and Barmer district. The cows of these regions cattle and eat the grass of the huge grasslands called Gauchar, which is quite far away from chemical fertilizers, hence the pastures are purely organic and medicinal. Therefore, the milk of these cows is of absolute high quality. Also, these cows can tolerate temperatures ranging up to 48 degrees.

The product is good, have bought three packets so far. The first order I received tasted really well and just like any other milk powder. But the second pack onwards the taste have changed and that changes the taste of tea and coffee and have a disliking taste. Also it forms lumps if not dissolved correctly. You need to mix it in hot water first and then use the milk. Packing quality is average.
Otherwise the product is good.

The taste of this powder is excellent. It dissolves very well and is very easy to use. It is amazing in chai and also great as standalone drinkable milk, or with cereal. I would definitely repurchase this milk powder. There is no strange scent or smell. The packaging could be better wrapped in the delivery box but the product itself is excellent so I won’t complain further. 🙂 Go for it!! Healthy alternative to heavy milk!
