The media could not be loaded.
 I am impressed and surprised. When I first held one in my hand, I thought it was plastic. It is definitely glass. I put it to a blowtorch test, and it did not melt. I then boiled water in it with the microwave, and the cup’s handle was cool to the touch. I am going to correct the description. The cups are 10 ounce not 12. I still give the cups 5 stars.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Bought this product a couple months ago. Small holes are forming in the bottom of the outer layer of the glass, so water gets trapped between the 2 walls of the glass when in the dishwasher. Glasses have started to shatter after being washed in the dishwasher. I’ve opened the dishwasher to find half of the glasses broken after the course of the past week. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Every household if you drink tea or coffee must have these set of cups. I absolutely love them. Your coffee stays very warm. If you wanna warm it very easy you don’t have to worry about it burning the outside of your hand as a typical coffee cup. They are great.
