Item does exactly what it should…..it keeps your drink hot. However, if you forget to remove your cup at the end of the day, it continues to warm it. I would like to see a feature that shuts it off after and hour if the cup isn’t lifted from the base. It heats hot enough that I nearly ruined a cup by burning coffee in it all weekend. I understand this was my fault, but I cannot be the only person who is forgetful. Otherwise, this unit works great, the shipping was fast, and the value is good.

I like how simple this is. Plug in, place mug on top, blue light turns on. When I’m done, unplug. I also don’t own a flat bottom mug and can’t even really find one to buy, but my regular Starbucks mug works just fine. I place a silicon cover on top and it keeps my coffee nice and hot. Without the cover it was only warm and developed a film on top since my coffee is mostly milk and creamer. The mug itself gets hot (but fine to handle) and the handle does not get hot.
I researched those expensive mugs that keep coffee warm but reading those reviews something might go wrong, and this warmer is not expensive and pretty stylish, and my regular mug can go into the dishwasher. So far very happy!

My mom has been wanting something like this. We gave it to her for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It keeps her coffee warm especially since she sometimes dozes off. Best feature is when she picks the cup up it automatically turns off!

I bought this to use at work since I always bring in coffee, get busy and come back to cold coffee a few hours later. Worked fine the first two days, the third day I had it on for an hour and started smelling something burning. The burner itself was overheating and starting to burn, so wouldn’t recommend on the fact that it didn’t last and is a fire hazard.

I like that the on/off feature is driven by the weight of the cup, makes it easy to use. Though sometimes I have to push down on it in order for it to register the weight.
