Tastes a bit like hazelnut but the synthetic taste is too strong. I suppose it might work as a flavouring in baking, where the cooking process might smooth out that chemical taste. But it’s not good in coffee.

This is the best Hazelnut syrup I have tested so far. Not overly sweet. Has enough taste and aroma of hazelnut and it’s easy to blend. I tried it with frappes and it worked perfectly with cold beverages as well as hot coffees.
