I have gone on an extreme diet where I ate nothing but water and only this pills twice a day for 5 days and my weight loss was really slow, even after 5 days of no food I still lost only 1.5 kilo so I stopped using it and my weight loss immediately boosted the next day itself I lost about 0.6 kilo a day and now I have lost 3 kilos in just 4 days. I honestly think it’s a waste of money, because it didn’t help me at all but instead slowed my results down. It works different for everyone but I’m just writing on how it worked on me. I realised it’s better to stick to a proper diet plan than depend on some random pills.
