Die Bohnen sind sehr dunkel, haben deshalb auch einen kräftigen leicht sauerlichen Geschmack.
Was mir auffiel, die Bohnen sind sehr ölig. Ich mahle sie in einer Handmühle. Diese wird zwar nicht verstopft, aber des Kaffeepulver bleibt an den Keramikscheiben hängen.
Des Weiteren sind die Bohnen sehr leicht. Dies wirkt sich auf das Volumen aus. Ich benötigte mehr Pulver um meine 16g Kaffee zu erhalten. Zudem musste ich auch noch den Mahlgrad um 2 Klicks grober stellen.
Geschmacklich ist er top. Etwas bitter aber ich mag es.

Lo positivo : el tamaño del envase, ideal para probar diferentes cafés. Lo negativo : tueste Fuerte, a mi no me parece “medium roast”, Los granos son más negros que marrones. El sabor es bastante amargo. No soy un experto, pero diría que hay mezcla, 100% arabica no me parece. No lo puedo recomendar. Lo compré porque en cápsulas me parece un café correcto, pero en grano me ha decepcionado.
