I used to love this arabica, but this batch they have definitely mixed robusta, it has a very weird taste. Cant return it, by the time i opened the packet and tasted it , return window was closed.

The coffee had uneven roast, didn’t smelled fresh. Had a weird mixed flavour profile. Nothing is mentioned on the packet, roast date, where the beans are sourced from(and whether it was ethically sourced) and most important of all was the uneven roast (one bean is barely roasted and other got burnt to infinity). Wanted to try this cause it seemed quite cheap than specialty coffee (dope, blue tokai etc) but all I did was waste money on some generic trash product. If you wanna experience coffee definitely don’t buy this or any other coffee from amazon as there’s no guarantee for freshness (learned this the hard way by ordering this and other good products but were delivered stale). Rather go to the roaster’s respective site (dope, blue tokai, sleepy owl are some I personally ordered from and got pretty good, fresh coffee).

I liked the flavour as compared to some other ones I tried. The only downside is that the beans are not fresh roasted ..although still taste ok. If they can provide the fresh roasted beans this could have been the best … I shall try some more batches

Very inconsistent quality. The first 3 times I ordered, everything was great – Evenly roasted, got ground evenly, good aroma and made a fine esspresso. The last pack is a disaster – Doesn’t get properly ground i.e. there are small nuggets; Aroma is weak, though the packaging is just a month old. And makes a disappointing cup of espresso – No body, weak flavour and no froth. Wonder what’s wrong this time!
