The actual t-shirt was great, the quality and fit was on point. However, it was a gift for someone else, and unfortunately it was too small. So I put in a request through Amazon to ask for a replacement of the exact same shirt in a large size instead of the small I ordered. I believe it was the owner, but I received an email from a person named Tony literally the same day, telling me very pleasantly that they will be shipping out a large size T-shirt to replace the one I ordered and I should receive it within seven business days. The kicker was that I was also told I could keep or donate the one I had, no need to send it back. All of this was done at no charge to me. I just had to write a review of this company because this kind of customer service is beyond rare and needs to be recognized & celebrated. I was not told or even encouraged to write this review; I’m doing it out of my own volition. Please encourage small businesses like this on Amazon-these are the kind of companies that should be patronized. Thanks.
