Tried the honey sun dried ground coffee and really liked it. I love trying different coffees. When I brewed the coffee, the strong pleasant fresh aroma was irresistible. The roast is medium as advertised and smooth – not too acid. I’ll be ordering again!

I have tried a lot of coffees from Amazon and liked only two brands and this is one of them. It has a unique hint of sweetness which you won’t find in any other coffees no matter what they promise and you’ll find a sweet note inside🥰 Just the cherry on the top

I have used many brands of coffee beans and powder but, as compared to taste it’s not upto the mark.

Just finished my first bag. It took me almost the entire 250 gram bag to figure out the right brewing technique for this roast using the aeropress, but I was able to nail it eventually. I find that two techniques work nicely for this roast.
(1) The original aeropress Americano recipe (1 scoop [14-15 grams], 80 degrees Celsius water up to the the #1 mark, 10-second stir, and a gentle 20-30 second press, diluted with water to desired strength). This produces a nice chocolatey/molasses-y tasting brew with a sweet aftertaste with no sourness.
(2) James Hoffman’s ultimate aeropress technique, but with some variations. I used 15 grams of coffee with 240 grams of 85 degree Celsius water, 10 seconds of side-to-side stirring, a 2-minute steep time, followed by a quick swirl and a gentle 30-second press. This resulted in a much more fruitier, slightly acidic brew with a lovely, sweet aftertaste. Using lesser water and a lower steep time resulted in an under-extracted and sour brew for me. Wouldn’t go any hotter with the water either. They sent me a freshly roasted and ground bag. Would definitely buy again!

One of their executives agrees to the item pickup, while another one declines sayin that the item is non returnable upon the next day. They surely have a huge gap of miscommunication.
I contacted the seller aswell but he might be too busy with his daily chores to help me with the issue… And the issue? It curdles the milk. It should have been mentioned on the packaging itself not to use this coffee with milk. The orange flavouring might be too citric to be used with milk. A sheer negligence by the makers. And it happens every damn time.
P.S: Phattey hue dudh ki coffee is not half bad though. Thank you, Amazon and The Caffeine Baar. Cheers
