I tried The Grind Coffee Co. | Monsooned Malabar medium dark roast coffee for the first time and I am liking it very much. I used it for cold brewed coffee and find it quite good. I would recommend it to anyone who want to move away from dark smokey taste to more smooth and less acidic/ sweeter notes in thier cold brew. Just one precaution is to go for a coarse grind if you want to use it for the cold brew. I tried the medium grind and found that the pack has more than 30% finer grind which can interfere with achieving a perfect taste and body balance to the brew.
