I cannot tell you how much I love this coffee dripper, its designed beautifully. I have been using it for a month now, almost every day. I have a french press, Moca Pot and this beautiful Hario Dripper. I would say, it’s a slow process and takes time to make coffee with this but if you’re serious about your coffee and can spare 15-20 mins every day, this is a must-have.
Bonus: It comes with a box of filter papers in it. (I didn’t knew it at the time of ordering)

Wonderful & economical Pour Over with borosilicate heat-resistant glass & ribbed plastic Cone filter, can make 4 mugs of Coffee within 5 minutes, gives consistent favour by using 1:12 proportion of Coarse grounds to water.An excellent Pour-Over Coffee Carafe from Hario, the Japanese “King” of glass , though reports about toxicity of Coffee by using plastic filter persist.

This is one of the best entry level equipment for manual coffee brewing. It’s very easy and hardly takes 2-3 minutes to brew a great pour over coffee. It comes with 10 filters so you don’t have to wait for the right coffee!

I have a Bonavita 5 cup, coffee snob approved, automatic pour over machine . It makes good coffee, but it is more troublesome to clean than it needs to be. It doesn’t pour well without the spout screwed on, and that spout bit wasn’t made to be cleaned. Most days I’m just pouring the whole pot into a big ol’ travel mug, so the vacuum carafe isn’t helpful. This carafe/filter basket can be used in place of the Bonita pieces and are sooo much easier to clean. Filter basket it easy to remove and dump. The opening is big enough for most hands to clean it with a sponge. If your hands are bigger than average, you can hit everything easily with a brush. It doesn’t need an extra piece just to pour either. My first few brews, I used 03 filters I already had an open package of, and they worked just fine. This carafe along with my Bonita machine has really simplified my morning routine without sacrificing my coffee quality. This carafe was pretty cheap too (low cost, not low quality). It’s thin glass, so you need to be careful around hard surfaces, and it won’t keep your coffee warm all morning but it fit my need perfectly.

I use this with the provided V60 dripper and filter papers to make pourover coffee, as well as make cold brew in the carafe itself. Super easy to clean, everything is detachable easily.

I like the taste and quality of the coffee brewed using this. If you want to control the brewing process, you will love it. You can experiment a lot using this. I was using this as my first pour-over equipment, so needed some control at the start.

El Hario VDI-02B es uno de los mejores “kits” para V60 #2. La jarra es quizas la de mayor capacidad, el cono va dentro de la jarra, donde se mantiene más caliente. Tengo otro cono Melitta y a veces lo utilizo en esta jarra sin problema aunque, debo admitir que ahora prefiero V60 a Melitta. Además viene con 40 filtros Hario de papel sin blanquear… Por ultimo, la jarra puede meterse en el micro ondas sin problemas. Contento de haber comprado esta.. Cuando lo hice, estaba baratisima a €15…
