Ok so I got this product in 2017. And its January 2022 now. Its working very efficiently. Have made 100s of cup till date with it. Till date no servicing or any technical assistance is needed. Many people would think of making a proper latte art out of it but for you kind knowledge it requires practice so dont expect a good settled frothing on it in the beginning. As u gain experience(took me 1 week to understand the machine completely), you will automatically become an expert on the machine. For the coffee, it near to fine and not proper espresso .on the espresso as it is a cheap in price Machine amd it’s for business use.. For the price this machine is just awesome. Go for it. Customer care is also very good
