The taste is good and it can be used as a replacement of instant coffee. The taste isn’t immediately noticable by anyone who doesn’t drink a lot of coffee. However, this is not instantly and fully soluble so it needs to be filtered through a very fine filter (i use the one we normally use for tea). Ideally, it should be prepared in a south indian filter (decoction maker). The powder is strong so you only need 1/4th of a teaspoon for making 180-200 ml of coffee with milk. Overall happy with the purchase. Would buy it again 10/10
