PARAJA STRONG EASY COLD BREW COFFEE BAGS : The specialty washed coffee – “ Paraja Strong ” is dedicated to the Paraja Tribe of Kindiriguda Village, Koraput. Kruti Coffee supports Paraja tribal coffee farmers across the value chain to ensure specialty standards are maintained throughout. The coffee in this packet is from the 2021-2022 batch of washed coffee from Koraput which was carefully dried on raised beds to maintain consistency.
ROAST LEVEL : This washed coffee from Kindiriguda- “Paraja Strong” has been roasted medium dark for those who like their coffee strong. This roast profile is our tribute to the legacy and culture of the Paraja tribe of Koraput. This coffee goes nicely as black coffee as well as milk based coffee.
DIRECTION TO BREW THE COFFEE : We have made brewing with coffee grounds easy. Place the cold brew bag in a cup or jar. Let it soak in 200-500 ml of water. Allow it to brew in the fridge for 16-18 hrs. The coffee stays fresh for 5-7 days in the fridge. Drink black or Add milk and sugar according to your preference.
