Have tried the Rosso in Europe. Ordered this in India. Made using the same Italian mocha pot used i used in Europe. Grind size was good but the coffee had a sharp bitter taste. This has either issues with quality of beans or roasting.

With milk, with or without sugar, the flavours are slightly smoky with acidic undertones – lots of complex flavours to savour.
Almost no bitterness. Very very good latte indeed.

For espresso, I think you need a good machine to get the crema.

Black coffee from a normal espresso machine tastes bitter – not good.
