Amazing coffee… The fresh smell hits you immediately when you open the box which is incredible… the taste is incredible – nicely dark roasted with that perfect pick me up coffee vibe!!! Easy to brew and great to drink!!!

The coffee seems almost fine. Two things are slightly unusual. One is the froth on top of the coffee from the expresso machine, while brewing, in the cup. Which suggests that either its not ground evenly, or the flavours have been added as an afterthought in some powder form, thus creating this strange bubbly froth on top of the coffee.. Secondly, I ordered a Light-Medium, but this appears to be roasted to a Medium to Medium-Dark. Which made me suspicious because of the colour of the powder, the flavour, the colour of brew, and finally from lower acidity but higher bitterness level. I was hoping to find a regular coffee brand to stick to, but, I guess, my search now, may take more time. The quality of coffee, including the process and brew, needs a rethink.
