For our latest barrel-aged coffee, we used an extraordinary lot of selectively sourced coffee from highest hills of Karnataka, tended carefully throughout the ageing process in Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Barrel. The result is a Showstopper, a cup that has a heady aroma with sweet nuances of fine red grapes and wine. A mingling of Coffee and traditions.
ALTITUDE: This 100% Arabica Coffee grows at an altitude of 3000 ft. The altitude at which a bean is grown has an affect on the beans flavor. Coffee grown at higher elevations tends to be of higher quality, and with that high quality comes more complex flavor notes than coffee grown at lower elevations.

The pricing of this coffee is not right. There is so much choice available now on Amazon. Buying good coffee beans or ground coffee at a reasonable price no big deal anymore. The competition for sellers to get the coffee drinker to buy their product is cut throat. Even though this Cabernet Sauvignon coffee is good I will think twice before buying again. One other point- the ground coffee is very coarse, the granules are large so you consume more coffee per cup then if the granules were very fine.

The coffee is good and the packaging is also not bad. Flavour was coming out of packaging, making me wonder how well aroma will be preserved. When I open the package, my doubts were gone, the flavour was amazing and strong. The coffee turned out to be strong, flavour a little milder which is in consonance with medium roast.
This is literally the best blend I have ever made at home, and my moka pot has perhaps never been blessed to make such an amazing coffee ever either.
