I love using the Trung Nguyen ground coffee for an authentic tasting cup of Vietnamese coffee. I bought the instant for times when I don’t have time to brew it…and I thought I’d try to make a “Dalgona” style coffee with this to see if it works as well. I trust this brand to deliver great tasting coffee. I think it’s as good as those served in most Viet. restaurants.

I like trying different instant coffees for backpacking. It’s nice to simply heat water and dump in a packet of coffee first thing in the morning. G7 has a unique and much different flavor than the Starbucks Via and Nescafe stuff I’ve been using. I like them all and take a variety with me on each trip. I found about 7oz of water makes a nice cup. The coffee is so fine that it doesn’t require much mixing at all.
