Well packaged, but more like a hot chocolate with very little coffee flavor if any. Super weak for coffee part, I had to add a heaping teaspoon of instant coffee to get anything out of it.

The product came badly damaged including the packets inside. I bought this to gift and will not be able to do so. I am very disappointed that I don’t have the option to return it or get a replacement
