Ok the 1st thing is that freshly roasted beans are just as far above filter coffee as filter coffee is better than instant coffee.
The package stated that the coffee was roasted on 13th & reached on 16/3/23. And I live in a very small town.
The bad bit is that i ordered light roast and received medium. And I only saw it on 26/3. And my recipe called for a LIGHT roast. The company should take more care for 1 kg orders.
Flavour — it has an intense caramel sweetness with a very strong aroma. In fact if I did not brew it myself I would think that the coffee has sugar added.
If you are ready to either put in the work or have the money, bean to cup will certainly not disappoint in its flavour — though make sure to check immediately on receipt that you have what you ordered.

Very long time for this product . It was very good.

The robusta flavour is a bit overwhelming. It has a woody and nutty overtone, but the sweetness is almost absent. Aromawise, its really good.

Great quality of coffee beans. Fresh.

I can easily recreate the taste of a coffee shop by using common house coffee equipment.
There is a very famous coffee shop near my house, but I stopped buying beans there. this is much cheaper and taster than normal coffee shop beans.
Bad Man –
Bitterness without flavour.

Nutty and slightly caramel-ish, this coffee arrived in a handsome looking pack. Handsome but not really useful,as it does not have any mechanism to keep the freshness locked in. My Cohoma tin came in handy to transfer the coffee in.
The beans themselves look uniform in size and well-roasted. After grounding, my first trial was with a drip coffee machine. The results were pleasant, if not really great. The coffee tasted mild. More a relaxing evening affair than an energising morning one.
For me, it tasted better with French Press. I am not really a fan of it’s long-lasting nutty aftertaste, but the coffee is very good overall. 1 kg is also a great value for money at the price. I will post more details when I have tried with Moka Pot and Manual Drip. I also plan to blend this with others, where I think this will work the best!
