Does not give off the rich filter Coffee aroma expected of a South Indian Coffee. Taste is just average. Tried both as Cold Brew and hot.

If you like your roast to be dark- and by dark, I mean burnt to charcoal- get it. All flavouring, and caffeine for that matter, has been burnt off, leaving behind a bitter coffee without any caffeine to speak of. Nice if you want to show off how ‘strong’ a coffee you can have, without the disadvantage of actually consuming any coffee. I can think of no other reason why you would have a coffee so soulless, so flavourless.

I have been ordering these beans for some years now & in my opinion nothing fancy matches them for taste, price & flavour. The packaging was a bit clumsy earlier but now they have well addressed that issue with a swanky futuristic zip lock bag that can go right back in the fridge without transferring to a jar. Great stuff. Take my word for it.
