This milk powder is made using only the milk of free grazed Gir cows. The milk is completely hormone-free and cruelty free.
This is full cream milk powder. No cream or fat is removed while making this milk powder. The powder is made using the vacuum freeze dried process.
The milk powder will make milk that is slightly yellow. This is due to a coloring pigment called Beta-carotene which is naturally present in desi cow’s milk. The powder contains zero sugar but still tastes mildly sweet.
Since the powder has no stabilizers or other chemicals, it is of utmost importance to use clean vessels and water while making milk. Like regular fresh milk, even milk made using this milk powder can curdle if not made properly.
You can use this milk powder to make beverages like milkshake, tea, coffee and also other dishes like khoya and paneer.
