I have tried many different Garcinia Cambogia products, and most have ranged from ineffective to moderately effective. This particular brand works the best of any that I have tried. I take 2 capsules in the morning before a light breakfast, and I find that I am not snacking or craving food all day. When I do eat, a very little amount of food is necessary. I noticed that when I take this supplement, I lose weight. When I stop taking it, I start gaining it back and my portion sizes increase. Overall I am very happy with this product and will be purchasing it again.

Not sure whether the product is genuine as the manufacturer shown on the image above is different from what is there on the bottle label.Moreover, there is no FSSAI certification and the dosage is written as three times daily but the seller is advising for two times instead.And what is GCA? or is it CGA?
