Product was not up to mark. Product description claims that it will stay hot for 12 hours. Nonsense. It did not stay warm even for 3 hours. I kept hot water for over 10 hours and then started using. Very first day tea was cold after 3 hours. Does not live up to the company name. Utterly disappointed. Sorry returning the tea pot.
