I’ve only been using this coffee mug for three days so cannot comment on the durability but I already LOVE it!
When putting on the lid line up the black flap exactly opposite the letter F on the front and the drinking area will end up in exactly the right place. I almost didn’t buy this mug as one of the first reviews I read said it was for left handed people only.

Slightly Smaller than I imagined. But thats on me I should have read the size. Keeps coffee hot all the way to work. just the right amount for my trip of about 15 mins

The product is great. I’m left-hand and the mug is right handed so a little disappointment there.

My dad is a big coffee drinker. He likes the leak proof lid. The fur babies can’t spill this mug.

Cup is mostly leakproof if you are careful to screw it on tight and snap the sip lid properly. It does keep my coffee warm *longer* than an open cup but I haven’t tested the advertised 2 hour time. I’m skeptical though.
My big issue is the handle. If you’re a lefty there’s no way to screw this lid on so it you can hold it in your left hand. Even for a righty, the lid can be offset from the 90 degree position of the handle (maybe 10 degrees or so?). Overall, it’s not so bad that I want to return it but not so great that I’d buy another or recommend it to a friend.
UPDATE: Lid developed a crack within 30 days of receiving. Customer support said that “accidental” damage wasn’t covered BUT they were willing to give me a 50% discount on another cup?!?!?!? Uh – no thanks I’ll just return it and get a different brand. Apparently a defect in quality doesn’t fall under the “100% satisfaction guarantee”.
