I’ve had a number of coffee mugs over the years, and I can say this is the best I’ve ever had. I love the handle, the finish and the fact that it is virtually leak proof.
But it came with NO instructions! What the heck? I almost ruined it by trying to PULL the top off, like every other mug I’ve owned. I finally figured out that the top screws on and off. And, I finally figured out how to align the lid so that it screws on where it should be to pick it up by the handle and drink from it.
It seems a shame to offer such a great product at such a good price and then frustrate the buyer if you aren’t familiar with how the lid system works.
