Keeps cold drinks cold, and hot drinks hot for more than 10 hrs easily, as long as the rubber seals are in good condition. Misplaced my previous one after 14 yrs of regular use. These products last forever. Bought an “almost new” one for a lower price – it had the original labels and only a barely visible and super tiny scratch.
