We have used Cello water jug for many years. Like the previous one, we bought a new one last month through Amazon. But in less than 1 month the “Pull button broke’. Really disgusting. Since we have used the same type of Cello jug for many years without any problem, it is obvious that the item’s quality has deteriorated. With the broken Pull button, the water jug cannot be used. Money is just wasted if the pull-button cannot be repaired. Great set back to our country’s effort towards ‘Make in India’. Disgusting.
