Like: heats evenly, reasonably priced. Handle does not get hot. Cleans up with hot water. Nice size for a couple or 3 demitasse cups of Turkish coffee. I hand wash, I don’t put it in dishwasher.
AT –
Handle gets hot; use a kitchen pot holder to remove from stovetop.

I had never had Turkish coffee before, and now that I have, this is my new favorite way to make and enjoy coffee. The best way to describe this would be to compare it to a firework creating machine. Looking at the coffee that this develops is almost a joke, then tasting it made my taste buds explode in the best way possible. This little pot is able to develop such a strong and rich flavor that is so concentrated and truly brings out the potential off the coffee bean that I had not seen before. I have learned just enough about this method to know I have so much to learn to get the perfect brew.
The design is really well done, the handle is long enough to mauver the pot over the burner without concern of burning my hand, but I am able to pour the coffee easily without any loss of control. The walls are thin so the coffee heats up fast to prevent from going bitter, but evenly distributes the heat so I don’t have any scorch marks at the bottom. There is a nice size to this pot, I can get three cups out of one pot, depending on how big the cups are and if I am going for a thick layer of foam on top. The grounds will dissolve quickly so I don’t have any grittiness when drinking it, and even though the sugar sinks to the bottom and I don’t stir it till nearly the end, the sugar doesn’t burn either.
The one tip I heard that I thought was interesting was to stir the coffee with a wooden tool, so the fact that this came with the cutest little wooden spoon is awesome. The spoon doesn’t seem to be treated with anything, so it doesn’t change the taste of the coffee, but I rinse it right after and dry it before it goes right back in box. I don’t want to risk it breaking down. The coffee itself only takes a couple of minutes to brew, and the pot rinses clean easily. This is so small and compact it would be easy to take along on a trip and impress others.

It’s exactly as advertised. I bought it to replace a broken espresso carafe. Pours nicely with no leaking. It’s very pretty, too.
