1. loved its glass infuser /filter. so very hygienic and easy to clean. 2. however, not giving it 5 stars as its design suffers from a small anomaly of lacking a rubber gasket for keeping the lid in place or having an extension of the kettle handle over the lid that prevents it from falling over when we are pouring the contents out. 3. the bamboo shaped handle is a nice touch adding to its charm. 4. however, the price point is too high for the item in its present condition/design. may consider reducing it to 750 to 850 INR. 5. also think of adding a larger kettle to the inventory which can hold around 750 ml to 1 litre of water
