I bought this on Amazon over a year ago and it has been an absolute REVELATION for making cold brew coffee. For only $20! I’ve used so many ridiculous methods for making cold brew and this thing is so insanely simple to use all without making a mess. The mesh filter works SO well, and dumping the coffee grinds out of it after the coffee has steeped for 24 hours couldn’t be easier. Cleaning it is so, so easy… I would recommend this to anyone who wants no muss, no fuss delicious cold brew.

If you’re a cold brew coffee lover this is a must have… having tried various combinations of brewing a cold brew, such as using a French press, or using pre-brewed preparations… this has been the best yet and allows for the amounts of coffee and water required to make a decent amount of coffee as opposed to the other methods limiting the amounts. Easy to clean after the brew, space saving design that doesn’t hog your fridge, great quality glass as one would expect from a brand like Haribo. Review posted after more than a month of use.

Using proper Cold brew grind size (coarser grind, big particles) is very essential for the longevity of the filter mesh. I own a 600 ml Hario Cold brew jug which I had purchased in Japan and have been using it sincee3 years. If you use proper grind sized coffee then there will be no residue on the bottom of the jug, and add lukewarm water instead of cold water and steep the coffee for more than 12 hours. Cheers! Perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for. This is the only vessel I use for making cold brew every day now– I fill it at night, let it sit for about 10 hours, and in the morning I’ve got beautiful refreshing cold coffee!
The glass body is of good quality, all parts are easy to clean, and the filter mesh is so fine, there aren’t any grits in the coffee even though I use a fine grind. It’s slim and stable and fits easily in the fridge door
