This was the first product we’ve purchased from Himalayan Goods Company. The teapot (made by Karthik Pottery workshop in Pune) is good looking and feels quite sturdy. The size is adequate for making 3-4 cups of tea at a time. Apart from the product itself, we also had a nice experience from a service standpoint. One of our maids broke the lid while cleaning and we contacted Himalayan for a replacement. They were nice enough to ship us a replacement for a minimal charge + shipping. Would highly recommend!
