The product is well-designed, the finish is fine and there is a look of sophistication. It is also spacious than it looks. But the handle of the teapot heats up, making it difficult to pour tea after it has brewed inside. I know a thing or two about teaware and this is not the ideal teapot one would like to have, because a sturdy ceramic pot would have never its handle heat up along with the body.
