Don’t buy these. Three out of four leaked between the glass walls. I reported this to the seller who never replied.

I’ve always thought coffee in a tall glass enhanced my coffee drinking experience. I’m not sure why but it’s something I found satisfying from my first days of drinking coffee in the morning. These are sleek looking, and their stance holds a tall glass of java hot or cold thanks to the double wall of glass. They certainly make a great gift if you are willing to part with them. I’ll have to pick up another set just for that reason.

I really, really loved this mug. It kept my coffee hot. It held just the right amount of liquid. It looked great when I poured the foam on top.
And then, by some some fluke, while washing it, condensation got trapped inside.
I went online to see if there was a quick fix. Putting mug in the refrigerator, 100% did not work.
I now have had it sitting in a warm, but not hot, oven since yesterday. The verdict is not in, but it’s not looking good.
I had seen this complaint on other double-sided mug sites.
I specifically bought this mug, because the manufacturer promised a superior and well-made product.
Besides being unsightly, is there any health related reason not to use this mug with water trapped inside?

After reading other reviews I put a dot of epoxy on the vacuum seal hole on the bottom. They have now survived 5 washes in the dishwasher in perfect shape. This is borosilicate lab glass afterall, so after you address the production hole, they should last a long time. They keep beer cold. Nice to go from a stemmed glass where you have to hold the tiny stem (so you don’t heat your beer with your hand heat), to this glass that you can hold like normal.

the good: the glasses were beautiful and felt good in my hand.
the bad: one glass broke after the second wash. the second glass broke after the fourth wash.
the discrimination says: “Made from high-quality borosilicate glass for enhanced durability and heat-resistance, lightweight, and scratch-resistant. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe for effortless maintenance.”
– but i don’t think that’s the case since both glasses broke within two weeks. i don’t think these are dishwashers safe or borosilicate glass.
