I happen to love double walled, glass coffee mugs. These mugs are beautifully made and attractive. They are glass blown and easy on the hands. However, the company has a difficult time ascertaining the cup size – that is, which size cup holds how many ounces. I am not sure how they measure the ounces in a double walled cup but it is not explained in the ad on Amazon and I am not sure the company knows either. I ordered a set of 8 oz mugs and received, two, TINY, coffee mugs that barely held 6 ounces. I called Amazon and told them this and they were helpful. However, when I re-ordered the 8 oz coffee mugs, I received huge two, huge, 10 oz. +, coffee mugs which were too large, and my traditional 8 oz cup of coffee was lost in those mugs. After that, I just gave up and have not been happy with the mugs. It would seem to be an easy task to simply pour liquid into each of their mugs and then create a chart indicating mug sizing for company employees who pack the mugs before they are shipped. A “small”, “medium” and “large” sizing chart doesn’t cut it. A simple problem with an easy solution, right? Not for this company. Don’t buy these unless you want the hassle of returning the items and still not getting what you want. Thumbs up for a lovely product, thumbs down for getting what you requested. I guess I am stuck with my Dollar Store Libby glass coffee mug. Clunky and heavy, but at least the price was right!

I love these, they’re extremely delicate and break super easily, so be careful. But they’re beautiful glassware and if you’re careful they’re lovely glasses to hold, very comfortable handle and design. They’re super big, so they’ll hold a lot of coffee or tea.
