I called their Jaipur store this morning and their representative clearly tells me on phone that this product is used to make coffee, tea and even boil milk. The wooden handle is too small, can catch flames easily so I requested for replacement of the handle with a longer one but they declined.
Then over the chat now their representative tells me that this product is not at all designed to be used on a gas stove but only on hot sand!!!! Who the hell uses sand stove in India these days!! What utter contradiction, confusion, ambiguity and disclarity is this?!! So so unprofessional! I wasted my time searching, purchasing and now returning it. I am certainly not inclined to buy until they bring clarity in their product description of this and other products.
