While the mug looks good and serves the purpose of keeping the exterior insulated, the walls are very thin and fragile. Infact, at time of delivery itself one of the mug’s handle is already chipped off. Too much of a hassle to book for a replacement and I therefore chose to let it be. However, it looks and feels good to hold. Unlikely to last if used frequently.
