The returns process was very easy. New product arrived before I even had a chance to send the defected one back. It works great! Smooth spin, no sound, stable, fits what it needs to, and came with all of the pod holders this time. Updating review to reflect what would have been a 5/5 rating to begin with.
As a gift-ability note… its weird that it comes in a blank brown box. As a gift, I think that makes it seem used/regifted as opposed to an original product box with pictures, text, features, mfg info, ect ect. Just a thought

Am I missing something? No, this product is. It’s supposed to hold 44 pods and mine holds 41 because they forgot to add 3 of the pod holders in one row. Like what?! I read the reviews, looked at the pictures, watched the videos, and no one else’s looks like this that I’ve seen. For reference, it came in a blank box with no paperwork or anything, just a small “Made in China” & SKU sticker, so kind of sketchy…
Aside from mine being manufactured wrong, it’s a great pod holder. Would have been an easy 5 stars if not for the defect. Holds the different size Vertuo pods well (only tried single shot, double shot, & 7.77oz) and glides seamlessly without any sound. 0/10 gift-ability if it looks like mine, but 10/10 if yours is normal. Guess it’s a gamble!

I just recently got a Nespresso and needed something to hold my nespresso pods. My drawer space is lacking so I figured this would be the best option. It’s super cute and sturdy! It doesn’t take up too much space and the carousel effect really helps to get to all my different pods without having to move the whole thing around. Highly recommend if you’re lacking drawer space and need a place for your pods!

This product came already assembled. It turns with ease. It is very steady with no wobbling. The material is sturdy. I couldn’t have asked for a better product. Very pleased. Anyone looking for a k cup carousel should buy this one. It is also quite the space saver as well.
