Comes with 304 stainless steel body giving a shiny look as well protecting from rust. The glass is made of thick heat resistant borosilicate glass.. BPA free plastic lid strainer adds food safety.

The product was delivered last week of December but we poured the hot water to the glass pot it broke and there is no guarantee for the item.So we lost the money. We are really disappointed. Could you a number where I can register a complaint. I called Amazon customer care number and I explained my problem and she asked me to hold on , I waited for 25 minutes and then it got disconnected. I am so disappointed with Amazon.
