Nowhere in the description does it clearly mention this only fita the metal press sold by Jei. I bought this for my silicone sleeve Jei french press and now found out from the JEI team it doesn’t fit. Initially I was promised a replacement carafe, now i have been on emails and WhatsApp but there is no clarity when and if it will be sent.
