I purchased it on sept first week. Since it is US 110 volts couldn’t check it in India. Came to US three days ago and I find the product product not functioning. Wondering how to reach Amazon as their return policy is already closed

I bought this for my son to take to the US. The product is very flimsily made and actually arrived with minor damages and some plastic parts broken. The plug was also bent. However, there was no time to return and get a new one so he took it anyway. Compared to a brand like Preethi, which I use in India, the build quality is very poor and cost is also more.
